Soft Tennis was a work in process and re-entry into dance-making and moving together. The piece and process invoked gentleness, listening to impulses, tiny grooves, collective joy and support.

Audience members reflected on questions tied to the dance's themes and wrote answers in a passed-on notebook. "When was the last time you jumped on a trampoline?", "What sound reminds you of summer as a child?", "Who do you want to send love to?"
